02 / THE CHAIN BREAKER METHOD
We work inside the realities of your business: the people, the numbers, the daily decisions. Each priority becomes a practical system your team can use and your leaders can inspect.

We review performance, address gaps, and test what runs without constant rescue. Your leaders take ownership of the system.

06 / A SHARED COMMITMENT
The work is collaborative. Lasting change needs an owner who is ready to act and a team prepared to take responsibility.
We assess owner dependence, leadership, systems, accountability, business complexity, and implementation needs before recommending an engagement.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
The engagement connects coaching to implementation. We help define the work, build agreed systems, train people, inspect adoption, and transfer responsibility to internal leaders. The goal is for your business to need less day-to-day rescue from you or your coach.
We start with the evidence you have, identify what is missing, and establish a reliable baseline. A diagnostic engagement may be the right first step before committing to a six-month program.
We compare your starting point with midpoint and final reviews. Measures can include profitability, owner hours, role clarity, system adoption, and responsibilities transferred. Targets are set for your business; financial results and hours recovered are not guaranteed.
No. The program is designed around the operating needs of established businesses with teams. We assess your business model, challenges, and implementation requirements to decide whether the method and engagement are a suitable fit.
The final review documents what changed, which systems are working, who owns them, and what still needs attention. Your team leaves with a transition plan and the next 90 days of priorities. Any ongoing advisory support is discussed separately.
